Join us for an extraordinary culinary gala in the ballroom of the Waldorf Astoria Berlin. Under the motto SERCE – the Polish word for heart – outstanding chefs unite for a special charity evening supporting the KinderHerz Foundation.
For this unique event, three distinguished chefs will come together:
Agata Reul, Agata’s Restaurant, Düsseldorf
Simon Kolar, Restaurant Landhof, Mannheim
Piotr Berezowski, Waldorf Astoria Berlin
Together they will present a modern culinary journey through Poland, inspired by traditional flavors, regional ingredients and contemporary fine dining.
Guests can look forward to an elegant gala evening in the hotel’s grand ballroom featuring:
refined dishes created by the guest chefs
carefully selected wines and specialties
atmospheric live music
a charity raffle with exclusive hotel stays and unique experiences
The majority of the proceeds from the evening will support the Berlin research and support projects of the KinderHerz Foundation.
